Style: Imperial IPA IBU’s: 105 Hops - Chinook, Simco, Northern Brewer, and Cascade. ABV: 9.5%

Pours a light ruby amber color with big white head. Pine & caramel up front with a slight breadyness. Like Hoppy Boy, Hoppy Man has a dry, tart taste with an earthy bitterness. Hoppy Man finishes with herbal, flinty mineral & leafy hops. This Imperial IPA drinks several abv lower than its 9%
Food Pairing: smoked or grilled meats with lots of pepper and spices. Try cheeses with loads of flavor, either very sharp cheese or very aged, moldy cheese.
